First off I want to say I really love how original your work is an artist, and continuously stands out.

I rated the vision a 4.5/5 since I felt that without needing much deconstructing you can pick up on the vibe off of this picture -- a unravelling of the mind, which we can all relate to since that's what music does. What lacked for me was the extra space around the head, since it felt slightly that the contrasting color of the sheet music was taking away the attention from the face.

I then rated the originality a 5/5, since I've seen sheet music being often used as a background for a ink-type painting, but what stand out is that you decided to add a lot of abstract swirls around the image, and used different gradients to build up the picture and parts of interest in this picture. Also the use of The black shirt reels the eyes into the picture, with that odd division of color and space. The signature in white gives that touch of a personal touch, which makes this completely original and apart from the other pieces that fall into the same genre.

I 3rdly rated the technique 4/5 stars, because the use of space is very consistent and the color build-up is well placed throughout the piece. The only point of criticism I could find was that some areas seemed as they were not left long enough to dry or too much bleeding occured.

Finally I put the impact of this piece at 4.5/5 stars since the message was very fluent throughout the image, which I believe has to do with the fluidity of music which is reflected in the lines. You can clearly pick up the vibe and use of lines with the relation to music, since that's what we all picture in our minds. The work has a lasting impact, with the only exception that I believe more expression at the eyes would have brought that message stronger, or an area with stronger use of the elements used to bring over the message. For example adding more spatter paint near the eye region.

All in all, I have to say this is a very well made piece, since a clear vision with distinct originality is set here. The use of the techniques combined with the impact sets all the pieces together to give this wonderful artwork. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt=":)" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="391" title=":) (Smile)"/>
