This is like a breath of fresh air after going through your portfolio.

What I like is the whole mood of the painting. The smile.

The choice of colour is good. I wonder if the actual colours are more vibrant or not.

The subject is nice and close to the heart and the painting makes me smile. It shows how you view your sister. Though mostly cool colours have been used, it shows the warmth of your heart.

As others have pointed out that the hair is throwing it a bit off. But one can only notice that once a detail review is done.

Though this is an oil painting, it is done with more of a water-colour technic with dripping colour.

I would like to see more colourful paintings like this one. Keep up the good work <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt=":)" title=":) (Smile)"/>

PS: Your sister must look like Nicole Kidman! <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b…" width="15" height="15" alt=":D" title=":D (Big Grin)"/>
