The color choices to represent shadow and light are wonderful. There is a balance of flow that creates its own power. I love your techniques...strong, filled with color, expressive, contemplative, dynamic.
For this particular piece, the only area that seems to distract me is the part of the right hip revealed from behind the hair. I can't quite grasp what it is about that area - maybe it is because it doesn't quite match up with the detail of the upper portion and the trailing end of the bottom, or because it seems to be a little too far to the left in relationship to the overall expression. I'm certainly no expert, but overall it is another one of your pieces that continues to wow me with your combinations of techniques.
I never like to go towards technique because I know it's there, you're just breaking the rules of proportion for your artistic perception I've seen all your work, I like how this one is full body because you usually do head-shots. It's beautiful and it surly shows what you are trying to say. People can obviously see pain your are trying to portray. But the choice of color makes it seem like there is a sense of peace and harmony that comes after the suffering that she has to go through. I don't know if that's how you were intending to present it but that's the story I kind of made up seeing your painting. (haha) The only thing that I have to say is that the way it's drawn and colored is very similar to your other drawings and it can get a little predictable. Maybe try changing it up a little by using a different media like pastel or maybe something that's not a person. Just a suggestion. But it was overall an amazing job! And I'm happy you stay true to your style no matter what.
I can see a "reborn" feeling here. The colors remind me these of Klimt's. I also like the white lines in her hair and the way her body fades. Very nice work!
First time I see your work and it is really stunning ^.^ But in sense shocking, because what I see are those red marks on her body, like bruises, a bruise under her eye also. The paleness of her face and features feels like she is almost in two stages between life cruelty's and the wondrous colors of the other realm welcoming her so tenderly, therefore those stunning colors around her, like a gentle embrace. I love the fluidity of your work, it leaves so much to the imagination, it can be endless really depending on how one interprets what one sees. It's almost like a mixture between sheer agony and serenity. Well done, love it ^.^

I love your technique now...it is strong, filled with color, expressive, contemplative, dynamic. You were the first artist I've seen that floored me with the ability to combine creativity with practiced technique, finding your own voice and resulting in true masterpieces. I will be ordering one of your prints!
