there is a good composition, the face is one third of the page either vertically as well as horizontally.
the face has more expression and get more attention thanks to the big black-hair areas that surrounds it.
the unusual colors on the eyes, mouth and nose gives more emphasis and contrast to the pale face.
there is a nice degradeé that runs from the black hair through the Net/T-shirt. the technique is perfect and gives to the whole thing a "detaching" feeling from the base, it's a lighter area that re-directs the attention back to the face.
splatter details give it some dynamism.
