Your use of color puts a strong focus on the face while the birds remain abstract enough to almost represent her hair.

Your use of waterlines, an affect avoided by most watercolor artists, enhances the piece and creates a vibe that is truly original to your artwork.

The piece is striking at first glance but as you study the face and birds it has another sense of beauty and majesty. The overall tone of the piece seams to depict the women as a captured spirit.

I am constantly amazed with your ability to paint such expressive and deep portraits. Good luck in all you do.

First off, I think this is absolutely amazing.

The angle of the camera, and the natural light make this photograph look surreal. It amazes me, plain and simple.

I love the idea of the birds in her hair, but I have seen quite a bit of pictures with the same idea though. Albeit, they weren't as mesmerising as yours.

Your painting is loose and flowing, but also quite definite. The breast of the left bird is fantastic, obscure yet exact, absolute.

All in all, I adore this work of art, and if you aren't a professional artist already, I would put serious considereation into it.
