Before I wrote this, I took into consideration that this was completed within thirty minutes of the time you began working on it. That said, I think you did exceptionally well for how much you were able to pull off in that time period. Certainly more than myself.
First thing I want to cover is the anatomy. It's so very lifelike and recognizable. I give one star for that alone. However, I feel it get a a bit messy right where the wrist joins the hips. Simply because I can't tell if that area is supposed to be part of the anatomy, or something like a water runoff. Nevertheless, it blends pretty well so it can also be fine left as is.
Second I want to cover is colors. I love the black contrasting with the blue, however I feel it's a bit dark to give the impression of water. This is how I view it personally and can't exactly say how valid I am. The streams pooring down don't portray a feel of water running off the body to me in quite the way I imagine it would, but given the time, it's understandable.

The one thing I want to suggest is the area arpund the face. It took my eye a CPUPLE minutes to notice the face. I had initially seen the lines that appear to lol like a snout, and thought this was an anthropomorphic canine of sorts. I thrn noticed the true face, but I am confused as to what the about like protrusion is.

I don't do critiques often, but I hope I was able to provide something useful. Overall your an incredible artist.
